This project involved milling and widening along Briarcliff Road and Tullie Circle, followed by full‑depth of the interior asphalt pavement sections and the hospital’s ring road. Baldwin maintained an accelerated construction schedule while ensuring uninterrupted emergency access and continuous hospital traffic flow throughout all paving operations. A total of more than 24,000 tons of combined asphalt materials were placed. Subcontracted scopes included temporary traffic control, curb and gutter installation, pavement striping, and regulatory and guide signage.

GDOT proposed to resurface the 12.5mm Poly and OGFC on I-75 for a distance of 5.96 miles. The project also consisted of repaving the shoulders and ramps, and replacing thermo and loops. Baldwin Paving is responsible for manufacturing and placing 55,000 Tons of Asphalt, 191,000 SY of milling, and Traffic Control. Our Subcontractors are responsible for micro milling, installation of thermo, and installation of loops.

This project consisted of grading out and building a new parking lot for the new Pickens County Airport Terminal building. Baldwin was responsible for installing new 18" Storm Drain Pipe and drainage structures, moving dirt to build the new parking lot pad, placing GAB, installing new curb and sidewalk, and paving the new parking lot. Our subcontractors were responsible for erosion control, striping the parking lot, and installing new decorative fencing and gates around the parking lot.

Our subcontractors were responsible for erosion control, installing all the curb and gutter, all the concrete flatwork, lighting poles and luminaires, drainage structures, striping and ground post-mounted signs.

This project was designed to remove a historical rock culvert and replace with a new precast single barrel culvert. Baldwin was responsible for grading, placing GAB, building and pouring the footer foundation, placing and setting the precast culvert pieces, and paving asphalt. Our subcontractors were responsible for erosion control, guardrail, striping and ground post-mounted signs.

Reconstruction and rehabilitation for operational improvements on I-20 at SR 42 Moreland Ave. We added over 7,700 SY of PCC Concrete and 965 LF of new Concrete Side Barrier on both On ramps and Off ramps on the project. This project also consist of adding 2 new traffic signals.
