Striping is completed in accordance with current ADA standards, including the correct number of accessible spaces based on lot size. Signs include alligator cracking across large areas, significant rutting, potholes that keep returning after repair, and visible base failure. If water has compromised the sub-base, no amount of surface work will provide a lasting fix.
