What began as founders Ernie Baldwin and John Harrison, Sr., paving tennis courts has grown into a full-service asphalt company with over 450 employees, nine asphalt plants, and dedicated commercial paving and heavy civil divisions. As one of the region's leading local asphalt paving companies, we provide comprehensive services from asphalt installation to complete asphalt construction. Brian Ware has been an integral part of the Baldwin Paving family for over 20 years, serving as a dedicated Asphalt Salesman. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Before joining Baldwin Paving, Brian spent time in the golf industry, where he met his wife. Today, they are proud parents to two teenage daughters. At Baldwin Paving, Brian has found a rewarding career surrounded by skilled professionals who share the company’s deep commitment to family values and employee safety. He has developed many meaningful, long-term friendships with customers over the years—relationships built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. In his current role, Brian oversees outside asphalt sales and manages the purchasing of liquid asphalt at our two terminal locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service across all projects. When he’s not working, Brian enjoys quality time with his family and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
Kenneth “Kenny” Spearman currently serves as Director of Equipment and Shop Manager at Baldwin Paving Company, Inc., steadily advancing within the organization since joining in 2015. With 31 years of experience in the asphalt, paving, and hauling industry, Kenny brings extensive technical knowledge and proven leadership to the operation. He began his career as a mechanic and quickly distinguished himself through his deep understanding of equipment, operations, and team management. His expertise allowed him to support the former Equipment Director in managerial and operational matters, leading to promotions to Shop Foreman and ultimately to his current leadership position. Prior to Baldwin Paving, Kenny served as CEO of Atlanta Truck Maintenance, Inc., transitioning from a residential construction background into the commercial construction and heavy equipment sector. Born in East Point, Georgia, Kenny spent his adolescent years in Hawaii before returning to Georgia, where he was raised in the Marietta and Woodstock/Acworth areas. He is a graduate of Etowah High School in Woodstock, Georgia.
