Brian Ware has been an integral part of the Baldwin Paving family for over 20 years, serving as a dedicated Asphalt Salesman. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Before joining Baldwin Paving, Brian spent time in the golf industry, where he met his wife. Today, they are proud parents to two daughters, ages 12 and 15. At Baldwin Paving, Brian has found a rewarding career surrounded by skilled professionals who share the company’s deep commitment to family values and employee safety. He has developed many meaningful, long-term friendships with customers over the years—relationships built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. In his current role, Brian oversees outside asphalt sales and manages the purchasing of liquid asphalt at our two terminal locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service across all projects. When he’s not working, Brian enjoys quality time with his family and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
